Unlike conventional wheels, Spinergy wheels use fibre spokes - these help to reduce vibration and shock transmitted to your body through the wheels, fibre being 25% more absorbent than steel. Being half the weight of steel spokes, they also help to keep the weight you need to propel around down. These 18 spokes are also three times the strength of steel - these are extremely reliable wheels, and require minimal maintenance compared to conventional spoked wheels.
Spinergy SPOX are available with the classic black spokes and silver hub combination in 24, 25 or 26" wheel sizes. Alternatively, you can get the coloured versions in a 24" wheel - red, yellow, blue or white spokes combined with a black hub.
Our Verdict
Many other wheels try to imitate the looks of Spinergys but none have same blend of style, sturdiness and performance. We usually demonstrate the strength of Spinergys by standing on the spokes of the wheels - only Spinergys can survive that!
The SPOX Everyday Wheels are the most affordable pair of wheels in the Spinergy range and have been the best-selling Spinergys for over 15 years. If your budget can stretch further, many people will upgrade to the 12 spoke Spinergy LX wheels, which are lighter and have further colour options.
