The British-designed Scooterpac Canopy is ingeniously designed, and the first product of its kind. When assembled, it covers both you and your scooter, keeping the wind and the rain off, allowing you to get out whatever the weather. To get in and out of your scooter, simply zip back the sides for easy access. When not needed, the canopy can be folded back in seconds with no tools required, fitting neatly into a backpack attached to the rear of your seat.
An aircraft-grade aluminium frame makes your canopy light yet durable, and is fully rust-proof. The perspex windscreen and transparent waterproof nylon sides ensure visibility in all directions.

Our Verdict
The Scooterpac Canopy provides you the freedom to get out whatever the weather. While mobility scooters can handle light rain, persistent and heavy rain can cause problems with them - and also, who wants to be sitting around exposed in torrential rain? The traditional way of handling this was either a clunky fixed canopy that couldn't be removed in the summer months, a poncho that provides limited protection - especially from the wind, or not to go out at all. Scooterpac's Canopy overcomes all these limitations.
You do need to be relatively able-bodied to fold and unfold the Scooterpac Canopy - but you'll usually find it's only something you need to do a few times a year. In the heaviest rain you'll find your visibility limited as the canopy obviously doesn't include windscreen wipers - in such cases we'd recommend limiting your speed.
