The Joerns Oxford Journey Portable Hoist features a unique adjustable cow horn design that can be adjusted to support a wide range of heights and sizes, as well as height adjustable contoured knee pads, ensuring it works comfortably and conveniently for each person using it. It can be used with either a standing or transport sling, allowing the Journey to assist with standing, toileting, and transfers. The foot tray can also be removed to allow for supported walking and other rehabilitation activities.

When not in use, the compact folding design of the Journey allows it to be stored neatly out of the way.  This also means that it can be transported when desired, allowing for travel outside the confines of the home.

The Smart Monitor control is simple to operate, and records key data, allowing it to advise on maintenance schedules for continued safe operation.
