Our Mobility Scooter Range

Wimbledon and the surrounds are home to many picturesque locations and breathtaking countryside, offering a wealth of natural beauty. At the same time, the wider Surrey region is one of the most built-up areas in the UK. When mobility becomes a challenge, a mobility scooter can be the perfect solution to continue the enjoyment of scenic wonders and to take on day-to-day activities.

Are you looking for a company that can supply Mobility Scooters in the Wimbledon area? We offer a full range of mobility scooters from leading manufacturers available to buy to keep you mobile. These include lightweight transportable models that fit in the back of a car, reliable pavement scooters, comfortable and fast 8mph road scooters, and even off-roading models. Many of our scooters are available on Motability or for hire, too, and we have a large fleet of scooters for short-term and long-term hires.

Travel Scooters

Travel scooters are designed for easy transport and storage. This means they can either be dismantled into around five pieces or folded, allowing each to be lifted into the back of a car. If transporting your scooter is not a primary need, you should still consider travel scooters which might be an option as they offer an inexpensive, compact and simple solution for shorter journeys. Some travel scooters offer luxury features including full suspension, super-light aluminium frames, and lithium-ion batteries for a long range. Folding Mobility Scooters

A folding scooter offers the ultimate in convenience - light and easy to transport they make the ideal travel companions. Beyond transportation, the practicality of folding mobility scooters extends to efficient storage, striking a remarkable balance between enhanced mobility and space-conscious solutions. Pavement Mobility Scooters

4 mph pavement scooters are more stable and comfortable than smaller travel and folding scooters, making them better suited to longer journeys. They offer cost savings over larger road scooters, and some are now available with high-end features like full suspension and high-back captains seats. 6-8 mph Road Scooters

These 6-8 mph scooters, also known as road scooters, go faster than "pavement only" models, and with larger batteries have impressive ranges that allow you to travel longer distances. Some road scooters remain highly compact, whereas other "full sized" ones offer the ultimate in performance and luxury. Click below to view our range or read on for further information.

Off-Road Scooters

Dedicated off-road scooters will handle adventurous terrain much better than conventional 6-8 mph road scooters. They feature bigger wheels with chunky tyres, enhanced suspension, higher ground clearance, powerful motors and a sporty profile. Click below to view our range or read on for further information.

Approved Used Second-Hand Mobility Scooters

We want everyone to have the opportunity to enhance their mobility and independence. We also believe that it shouldn't break the bank. So, we've made the most of our ability to source second-hand mobility scooters from customers and demonstration stock to hand-pick top-of-the-range, premium branded models and make them available at a fraction of the RRP, through our Approved Used range. That said, reliability and quality is never comprised at Wheelfreedom so we ensure every scooter has been thoroughly inspected and refurbished by our experienced engineering team, then offered with a 1-year warranty.

Short-Term Hire Mobility Scooters

Our fleet of short-term hire scooters is made up of reliable, practical models from small boot scooters up to large 8 mph road models. It offers the ideal way to try out a scooter if you are new to them, or to hire one if your needs are short-term. The minimum hire is just two weeks, and continues on a flexible rolling basis until you are finished with your scooter.
