Wheelfreedom were honoured to receive two awards last week – Sunrise Medical’s Customer Service Dealer of the Year 2020 and Partner of the Year 2020.
The Customer Service Dealer of the Year award recognises our dedication to providing a level of service above and beyond our competitors, notably including free of charge loan products when your powerchair or scooter comes in for repair.
We work closely with all our suppliers to provide honest, constructive advice on their products to the benefit of our customers. The Partner of the Year award recognises this valued feedback, for example on the Quickie powerchair configurations available on the Motability scheme.
The awards were presented at Sunrise Medical’s launch of a new Quickie Q-series powerchair which we will be showing off in the next few weeks.
