From my first request for information all emails were responded to very quickly. On the day of delivery the time slot I was given was `before 12 o`clock`. At about ten minutes to I was telephoned by a young lady who asked if my leg trolley had been delivered as it was not showing as such on the computer. I told her it had not and she said the driver was probably running a little late but she would chase it up. It arrived just minutes later.
This is exceptional service. You obviously monitor deliveries closely. Usually Companies wait for the customer to ring up and complain which only means angry customers, so well done everyone. The operation I had was not as extensive as the Surgeon thought (I expected to need the trolley for months) and I was able to bear weight on my injured foot immediately and so could use crutches. However, I found the trolley invaluable as I live alone and needed to cook for myself. Have you tried to work in the kitchen whilst on crutches? It is so difficult. Even if you manage to prepare food and drink you cannot carry it to the table, you cannot take a drink into the lounge.
I told all my visitors to remember this trolley should they or anyone they know have a foot injury in future. I would certainly recommend your Company without hesitation.
