Here at Wheelfreedom, we understand that our customers often need a wheelchair urgently, for example to get to a hospital appointment. For that reason, we are now offering a pre-9am delivery service to certain areas of the country. If you wish to have your wheelchair, knee scooter, leg trolley or bath lift with you before 9am, please call our customer services team on 0800 0258 005 to get your order upgraded to this service.
We also offer a wide range of other delivery options, to ensure that our hire service is convenient as possible for customers. All our products are delivered nationwide as standard on a morning service. We are also able to deliver on a pre-10.30 service, which can be selected when ordering via the website. Additionally, in the London area we offer a same-day delivery service.
For those with busy lifestyles, it can be a reassurance to know that we do not require a signature upon delivery, so your wheelchair can be left in a porch or garage if you can’t be in. This is particularly convenient when delivering to holiday destinations or hotels.
