As part of our goal to offer our customers a full range of products to suit their needs, we`ve recently made bariatric elevating leg rest wheelchairs available to hire. We`ve been offering wheelchairs with elevated leg rests for a number of years now, and they have always proved to be one of our most popular hire products – ideal for recovering from a broken leg or similar injury.
However, until recently we`ve only been able to offer elevating leg rests on either a lightweight wheelchair our heavy user one, which has a weight limit of 26 stone. They are now available for our popular bariatric wheelchair, whose sturdy steel frame can cater to wheelchair users weighing up to 50 stone. Costing the same as our heavy user wheelchair with elevating leg rests, the bariatric wheelchair can be ordered with elevating leg rests for the left, right or both legs.
